Look at those cheeks! No, she's not really that bumpy. The 3D ultrasound pics are basically formed from soundwaves bouncing off the fluid surrounding her, so there's so much motion and fluctuation...well, you'd look bumpy, too.
She looks a little peeved here. I dont think she likes all that racket from the ultrasound waves. Dolphins and whales don't, so why should she, dammit.
